Laser Engraving Recycled Materials with a Trotec Laser

Trotec laser machines are designed to work with a variety of materials, including various types of wood. However, the material used doesn’t need to be brand new to achieve an effective finish. Using the Speedy​ 100 we engraved an old scaffolding plank as show in the image, which including drawing took less than an hour to create. The engraved plank could be used for a number of purposes, including a sign or a decorative piece.

Visit Trotec at Medtec Europe this April

Visit Trotec at stand 7B01, hall 7 in Stuttgart between April 12th and 14th at the international exhibition for European medical device and manufacturers, Medtec Europe.

At this years show we will present our solutions for medical device manufacturers, including our SpeedCutter stent cutter with femto laser, with the new operating software, HMI (Human Machine Interface). We are also pleased to announce that this machine is one of ten finalists in the Exhibitor Innovations competition.

Trotec's SpeedMarker laser machines are the ideal tools for marking medical devices, as the software allows the operator to extract data from external systems and create marking such as data matrix codes directly onto the products.  By visiting our stand we will present you with a solution to fulfil all the requirements for laser marking according to UDI standards.
